Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds YFM boneless beef short ribs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1-2 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Sear the boneless short rib wheels in tallow to get a crust on all sides. Then, add them to the slow cooker with all the ingredients for 8-10 hours on low!
Serve over mashed potatoes or starch of choice!
