Here’s five easy steps to make your own:
Step 1
Start with a base of greens. 🥬
Step 2
Add colour and texture with additional vegetables! 🍅
Step 3
Add a carbohydrate (corn, fruit, sweet potato, croutons etc). 🌽
Step 4
Add fat! 🧀 Cheese, avocado, nuts/seeds, dressing. – Blue cheese is my go to for steak salad, along with avocado. 🤤
Make your own salad dressing or grab one of your favourites!
Step 5
Top with your favourite Yankee Flats Meats steak, medium rare. 👌🏻
